We got excellent value for our money with a beautifully furnished, clean and spacious room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling Medina but still quiet and peaceful. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.
The breakfast offerings could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The location was perfect, situated on the east edge of the old Medina, making it convenient for exploring the city. The service car hire provided by the hotel was a convenient option for transportation. The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the laundry service was efficient. The airport shuttle service was a nice touch, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a warm gesture. The staff went above and beyond to provide seamless service, and the tours/ticket assistance made it easy to plan my sightseeing activities. The in-room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and air conditioning, added to the comfort of my stay. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax, offering beautiful views of the surroundings.
